We care about your satisfaction and we care about the quality of the books you receive from ubyu. If your book arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will work to resolve the problem. Please get in touch as soon as possible using the 'Contact us' link on the ubyu website, remembering to quote your Order Number.  Please note that we cannot cancel an order or issue a refund.

Check and double check

ubyu does not check or change your book's content in any way. It is your responsibility to review your book before you publish. To avoid disappointment with your order we recommend that you check your book thoroughly before ordering.

Our checklist for you

Text errors

• Spelling
• Grammar
• Uncompleted text
• Placeholder text/Lorem Ipsum that has not been removed
• Typographic consistency.

Common image problems

• Low-resolution images. 300dpi is the ideal resolution. Lower resolution images could appear blurred when printed.
• Dark images. Images that appear dark on screen will almost certainly appear dark in print. Lighten the images yourself if necessary.
