  • Courier Next Day.
  • Fully tracked with a one hour delivery window.^
  • Free compensation for loss or damage up to £12 per Kg.

USA Standard

Only premium service is offered for delivery to the USA.

USA Premium

  • Courier 4–6 working days*.
  • Tracking numbers provided.^
  • Free compensation for loss or damage up to £41.

European Union Standard

  • Courier Western Europe within 3 working days*.
  • Courier Eastern Europe within 5 working days*.
  • Returned free of charge if undelivered.^
  • Free compensation for loss or damage up to £41.

European Union Premium

For EU countries that accept Airsure

  • Airsure – Western Europe within 2 working days*.
  • Airsure – Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities) within 4 working days*.
  • Delivery confirmation with online tracking.^
  • Free compensation for loss or damage up to £500.

For EU countries that do not accept Airsure

  • International Signed For (ISF) – Europe within 3–5 working days*.
  • Delivery confirmation with online tracking.^
  • A signature is required on receipt.
  • Free compensation for loss or damage up to £41.

The rest of the world Standard

  • Courier within 7 working days*.
  • Returned free of charge if undelivered.^
  • Free compensation for loss or damage up to £41.

The rest of the world Premium

For EU countries that accept Airsure

  • Airsure – within 6 working days*.
  • Delivery confirmation with online tracking.^
  • A signature is required on receipt.
  • Free compensation for loss or damage up to £500.

For EU countries that do not accept Airsure

  • International Signed For (ISF) – Europe within 5-7 working days*.
  • Delivery confirmation with online tracking.^
  • A signature is required on receipt.

Terms of Delivery

We ship via a number of methods and delivery of your books will be in accordance with our Terms of Delivery.

Please allow approximately 12 business days to print your book prior to Shipping from receipt of Order Confirmation. Orders with foiling or debossing require 3 additional business days. Orders outside the UK mainland will take slightly longer.
